It has been a while since my kids were in elementary school here but they had a good experience during their time. It was easy to talk to teachers and administrators if necessary. All 4 of my kids graduated from this school district and have done well with their education. My oldest went to U of I and has been working as an electrical engineer since he graduated. My second has his degree in computer science and is working in that field now. My third is attending EIU in graphic design and is doing great. My youngest is attending University of Kentucky in business and is also doing great there. They had small class sizes and were able to participate in many extra curricular activities. They had so many opportunities to learn in different ways that wouldn't be available at a bigger school. I also felt like I had a voice in my children's education. It was easy to have a conversation with the administration.
