The principal is hands-on, approachable, and always available to hear parents' concerns, making it easy to communicate and stay involved in my child's education. It’s evident that their passion for education and commitment to the school’s mission inspire everyone around them.The teachers are equally commendable. Each one brings a unique set of skills and a genuine love for teaching that transcends standard expectations. They go above and beyond every day, not just in delivering engaging lessons but also in understanding and connecting with their students on a personal level. It’s heartwarming to see how much they care about each child's success, both academically and emotionally. They create a safe and inclusive atmosphere where students feel confident to express themselves and explore new ideas.The staff at Sons School further enhance the positive environment. From administrative personnel to support staff, everyone plays an integral role in maintaining a safe, welcoming space for students. It’s impressive how well they collaborate to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all safety protocols are followed, which gives us parents peace of mind.Safety seems to be a top priority at Sons School. The school is equipped with excellent safety measures, and the staff is trained to handle any situation with care and professionalism. This commitment to creating a secure environment allows students to focus on learning without unnecessary worries.Overall, I can confidently say that Memorial Elementary is one of the best schools I’ve ever encountered. A True Gem in Catholic EducationSt. George School offers a strong Catholic foundation while delivering an excellent academic curriculum. I’ve seen firsthand how this school prepares students not only spiritually, but academically—my children consistently perform at least a grade level ahead of their peers in public school.One of the things I appreciate most is the warm, inclusive, and diverse community. Families and students of all backgrounds are welcomed with kindness and respect. The teachers are truly exceptional—dedicated, compassionate, and genuinely invested in each child’s success. I feel like I’m in a real partnership with them in my child’s development, something I did not experience in public school.While a being a private school, St. George does not have extensive special education resources, it does provide an environment that constantly challenges students to stay ahead and grow academically and spiritually. For children who may need extra academic support, the resources can be limited—but the commitment to academic excellence remains strong.St. George provides a well-rounded education that includes Spanish instruction for all students from Pre-K through 8th grade, which is absolutely phenomenal. The school is also fully equipped with smart boards, Chromebooks, coding, and technology classes—preparing students for success in high school and beyond.The administration is attentive and proactive, addressing any issues like bullying or inappropriate behavior quickly and effectively, always in partnership with parents and teachers. They truly care about the whole child—spiritually, academically, emotionally, and socially.St. George is an outstanding school that I would highly recommend to any family seeking a high-quality education rooted in faith. In today’s world, we all need more of God’s presence—and this school keeps that at the center of everything they do. I am so grateful to be part of the St. George School (and church) community!!
