Our children love Davis. The teachers that we have had are incredible and so kind to our kids. Math scores shooting up and reading off the charts. GREAT SCHOOL. They even have a program where Dads sign up and watch the kids when they are outside for extra safety.

Posted by a parent on 5/22/2020The principal is very religious. She pushes it on others to a point where it makes you uncomfortable. She does not listen to people, instead she makes inferences about them on her own. I always felt sick to my stomach (as did many other parents) when she neared. The good teachers seem to all leave.

All the schools are having to deal with common core which hasn't been easy but the parents and teachers have made it work and haven't let it become detriment to our children's education. Our kids have loved this school and their teachers. The leadership and curriculum is great. They obviously can't meet the needs of everyone in the community but for a public ed

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had all three of my kids go through Lincoln and it has been a pretty experience. I like that it’s a small school and everyone knows everyone. You get that small town feeling. It has been open for 95 years now and they are going to be closing it, Remodeling it, and repurposing it. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 5th graders teacher is awesome! So 5 out of 5 stars for her. The staff is very friendly, the new principle is nice but he's shy or an introvert. He never seems to have the time to talk to you. I LOVE that he's out there directing the traffic at the end of the day. We've needed that for years! As far as special ed, I think that needs some work. The teachers are good but I feel the only do the minimum with special ed kids. You will not find a more academic beginning to your childs future. The school is pricey but you get every dollar back in knowing nd seeing their success! What better way to invest in your child. They are not flashy, no gossiping families. ..just loving teachers...loving parents...and old school fundamental values in education and in God. I am soooo glad we found Faith!
