Hononegah High School

If you are a college bound student then this school is for you. If you are a student with a disability, you are forgotten. Minimal services, minimal family inclusion. I've had two children enrolled in this district and the differences in opportunities are appalling.

I had 3 children attend this hs. The education provided prepared them well enabling them to succeed in life choices. Teachers seemed to engage students . The music program was exceptional years back. Communication between teachers and parents could use improvement. Focus on fb is a bit extreme.?The

I have read some of the other post about Hononegah. The comments about athletics is wrong, they don't just care about sports. This is the top high school in the region. They offer a wide range of honors, ap, and career tech classes, and their graduates have been accepted to some of the most prestigious colleges in the country. You will not find a better school in Northern Illinois.
