The school is average in most respects. Its most outstanding quality would be that it's not a Rockford Public School which, in Rockford, is considered a plus. Educational quality is average, safety and convenience is above average. Leadership is below par however. Overall, our child likes it but teh

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSuch an amazing environment with staff that literally treat you like their own kids. I have never felt safer in any school than I do here at Roosevelt. Roosevelt gave me a new start when I truly felt hopeless and like a failure. The staff raises you up, and the principal (and vice principal) are two of the sweetest people in the whole world. It is truly an honor to be allowed to go to this school. I seriously recommend it as a current (2025-2026 SY) student there.
