Great school! So many wonderful teachers. There is a great amount of options available for students to be involved in sports, clubs and organizations. They focus on getting every student ready for their future (college, career or military).

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our first year at Rockford Lutheran Academy, and we are extremely happy we made the change. The school academically is far above the others in the area. This was obvious from the first Maps test my daughter was given as a way for them to see where she was academically when registering. As a bonus, she was one of the kids who scored highest on her testing date and got a little scholarship. It wasn't much, but with private schools every dime helps.She is in 4th and tested into 5th grade reading and math and has had straight A's all year. Unfortunate that her prior school did nothing to challenge her. This school truly monitors the children's progress and if they need help, they get it and if they are advanced they get challenged.They also listen to your concerns when they arise and are a community (ie. not afraid of parents coming through their doors). NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageChristian Life Schools has become more than just a school for my family. The sense of community is unlike anything. When we first started, my child attended prek3 part time. Within 2 months, she was begging us to send her there full time. This fall will be our 4th year at CLS. The teachers and the staff make you feel like you are at home and their is an integration of the high school students and the elementary students. I always recommend CLS to friends looking for a private school for their child because I truly believe if it wasn’t for CLS our child would be a different child than she is today.
