The bullying is a serious issue and I feel like as a student they don't take what's happening very serious because I have reported bullying many times and they got so upset with me and then threatened to call the police on me because I made a tiktok saying I was quitting the app due to online bullying saying I was the bully and that I was ruining their future in whatever career they wanted because their employer could find out they were bullying someone to the point where they almost got sent to a mental hospital and not wanna hire them. Trust me as a student don't send your kids here if you want them to thrive.

I went there to pick my grandson up and a group of kids standing by open front door. I looked at them because of how they were talking to each other. Then one said some things to me. If these kids are our future we are in trouble. No respect for others, not even themselves.

I was a student at Norwood for 2 years and found it as one of the worst schools in the district. Bullying is a terrible issue that they choose not to deal with. They'll give the bully a good talk and send them back to class. They give out small punishments for a big problem they caused. Some problems will even be ignored and not fixed. I have also not had a good experience with the teachers there. They choose favorites and exclude to help the ones who struggle. I had a teacher who would tell the students they will be working at McDonald's. She also told the whole class while I was sick that she will be taking 20 points off of a project because I had extra time after it was due to work on it. So I get punished for being sick? The kids there also don't learn respect, compassion, or good leadership whatsoever. I would strongly recommend looking into a new school for your child to go to because they will definitely not enjoy their time there.

This school has a very bad bullying problem. The kids act like thugs. A lot of the children are to afraid to speak up. The staff are either to busy looking at electronic devices or leaving the classrooms when the problems arise or just look the other way. I would not recommend this school at all.

My daughter attended Jefferson School in Morton, while there she was in special ed for reading, We felt she was not getting a fair shake in her education because of overcrowed classrooms, So we moved her into her Fathers house and shestarted to attend Norwood Primary School, I cannot say enough good things about this school she is a A student and is reading on her own, I also feel that the classrooms there a much better because she only has 13 students in her class, so there is more one on one. At Jefferson she had 28 plus in her class. Norwood is a great school and I will keep her there and in that district. She is much more happier now too.
