Negatives: there is a genuine lack of concern for bullying and student emotional support. When I spoke to the principal about my frustrations she told me I was "sarcastic." I was disappointed in how the school was responding and was upset at how my son had been treated. I told her I was angry and frustrated but nothing I said was untrue. She explained she may have used the wrong word.
