6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI love this school because it has instilled great values in my children. The teachers have taught them respect for themselves as well as others. The CEL program is an all-around great part of our community. The academic quality of the school is wonderful as well. If my children had not attended Chester-East Lincoln, my daughter would not be the valedictorian of her graduating high school class. My son would not be the top graduating eighth grader either.Parent Review13y ago - Adams Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI graduated from Carroll Catholic in 1969. Sister Mary Leon was the Principle then. I was lucky enough to be a regular Altar Boy for Father Monahan and Father Goodman. The education I received at CCS gave me the base I needed my studies in Field Medical training in the US Navy where I served as a Corpsman assigned to the Marine Corps. It served me throughout college as well. I sincerely feel lucky that I was able to achieve my primary education there and am happy now, at 61 years old, to see that CCS still excels.Other Review7y ago - Zion Lutheran School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAll of the teachers are wonderful! My son is almost through is third year there, and we couldn't be more pleased! It is like one giant family and NOBODY is out for only themselves. There are also no cliques either in the older grades like you see at many other schools in the area. No violence or bullying is tolerated and the children always feel safe as well. My son would be considered a special needs child in a public school and would automatically be shipped to special ed where he doesn't need to be because he is truly very intelligent and achieves straight A's. The kids coming out of Zion are some of the most well prepared for high school that I have seen out of any school district as well, the learning and teaching levels are advanced compared to public schools but the students adapt quickly and most love that they are challenged intellectually. Love, love, love Zion Lutheran School!Other Review6y ago
