Many of the teachers in this school are lazy and uncaring. Teachers don't want to grade papers so most assignments are multiple choice. For the few essay type assignments students are allowed to cut and paste from sources on the internet, no punishment for plagiarism. After we moved my kids told me

This school was the worst experience my children have ever had. One of the previous reviewers said it was "a safe environment for children." I couldn't disagree more. This school (and all district 50 schools) is currently being investigated by the Feds because the superintendent - who is also the head of the special education program, which is a violation in and of itself - went in and changed IEPs without consent of the parents or even notifying other teachers.

We love St. Joseph's! We started in Kindergarten and my daughter is now in third grade. The teacher's really care about the success of the children. The principle is wonderful. He leads with a firm and caring hand. Most of the parents at St. Joseph's are involved and really care about the school. It is our school family. The reading program is excellent and the teacher's are always looking for new and creative ways to help the kids learn. I would highly recommend this school.
