I can’t say enough good things about this school ! We came from Mt. Morris and to be honest, I was very nervous about schools out here! But this school has by far exceeded my expectations on what I have as an opinion on a “good school” ! I can honestly say I even like it more than Oregon elementary!

Posted by a teacher on 10/25/2014My school is great! The teachers and staff at this school CARE for the kids and take action to promote positive learning environment. Communication is good and my kids love their school. Parent volunteering could improve but is noteworthy.
Posted by a parent on 9/9/2014My grandson's school is cheerful...his teacher is very uplifting and positive and very likeable and his room is very inviting. He loves school (1st grade) and I hope he stays motivated. He loves to read!
Posted by a community member on 10/25/2013teachers are amazing! daughter who is 5 and has ADHD every school she went to in iowa couldnt take the time to work with her. once she moved here she has learned ALOT and came farther in a month then the 2-3 months of school in iowa. she is back to loving school and her friends.

It is a very loving and supportive environment for the children, where learning values is just as important as language and math. And don't listen to the reviews about being dirty in athletics, our coaches would never let us get away with that. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a patient of two children at Immanuel, it has been a wonderful place to send our kids. They teachers are involved and spend extra time required to help keep kids on track. Strong Christian education is interwoven in all aspects. Our kids are able to be involved in sports and other extracurricular activities. Upper grades have elective classes to allow students to explore more. We are now in our own building at 2900 Loras Drive and this year's enrollment is currently 130. However, it is increasing monthly!! Both of my children attended TCCS from PreK through 8th grade. They loved it and we as parents loved it as well. The teachers were caring and my kids were challenged and loved. They were taught to own their own faith and to view the world through the eyes of the Bible(Christian Worldview). I would highly recommend this school to anyone.Parent Review12y ago
