Indian Trail Elementary School

Its a very good school and I love it my children love it also they told me they learn a lot if they don't know what is told .

Woodgate is the perfect example of how schools should be. They interact with the kids in a positive way and always have fun incentives and events going on. Literally out of the box ideas like dressing up as the wizard of oz and etc. I would choose this school o we and over and over again! Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat.

With the new principal in place this year and last this school have improved tremendously. I have a son with ASD and this is the first school he has attended that made him feel welcomed . They have also helped him achieve a lot of his goals in his IEP.

We have done prek all the way through 12 and love this school. Teachers, administrators and staff really care the students and work hard to build a sense of community. They provide a rigorous curriculum while also focusing on the needs of “the whole child.” I appreciate the emphasis on service and pairing younger students with older students in “partner grades” to further build community and encourage being service-minded.

This school does not value its students especially those with special needs as individuals with potential. Instead of prioritizing education and emotional growth their focus seems far more on funding and financial gain. Children who are already at risk deserve compassion patience and personalized support. Unfortunately in my experience this school operates more like a business than an educational environment which is deeply concerning for a place entrusted with the care of vulnerable students. It is also telling that this school has been involved in numerous lawsuits which speaks volumes about how they operate and treat the families they are supposed to serve.
