Jefferson Elementary School

Hillside Elementary School, Illinois has failed to provide a safe and structured learning environment. A student with a well-documented history of severe behavioral issues has been placed in a general education classroom without warning to the teachers. This student refuses to follow instructions, becomes aggressive when asked to complete classwork, and has violently damaged school property on countless occasions. The lack of transparency from the school put both the students and teachers in a harmful situation, leaving them traumatized.No teacher or student should be subjected to such disruptive and dangerous behavior. Placing a student with severe behavioral disorder in a regular classroom without proper support is irresponsible and may even violate legal protections for students and staff. Hillside Elementary, Hillside, IL must take immediate action to ensure a safe learning environment for all.

Our kids are getting a solid education with great individualized attention. The staff are incredibly talented, loving, and kind. Our kids look forward to school each day. I have really enjoyed my time at Timothy Christian. I have been given so many opportunities to grow closer to Jesus through Bible classes such as Christian Thought and Ethics. There are also so many wonderful Christian role models that have been influential for me. My teachers always stress the importance of Christ being the reason behind everything that we learn. I also have been pushed and challenged academically. There are a variety of challenging classes to take that have really prepared me well for life after Timothy. I would highly recommend Timothy Christian.

I have never been more blessed to attend Timothy in my high school years! I have grown so much in both my academics and my faith, and I hope to see where God brings me in the future! Thank you Timothy Christian Schools!
