Our Lady Of Grace

Getting ready to take my son out of the school. He has been gone there for about almost a year now he takes the bus to and from school they’re always late or extremely early. I have health issues the bus drops my son off at the door but get told if I’m not outside That they will take my son without my permission and turn him into DCFS and call the police on me. They scream and yell at the parents never working with them. They act like it’s their child and they’re above the law if you have a health issue and don’t do what they say , forget them trying to help you. These are just my opinions on what it’s been going on in my situation. And if you have a concern and you try to talk to them about it, they will over you and not let you have a word and

This school has embraced my child from the beginning. His teacher is phenomenal. It is a true neighborhood school. Everyone is family there.

Ask them how a few lawsuits went lol. They've been taking a court and lost many of times. It's a toxic work environment. Nobody they were certified they hire people off the streets with any degree and no Montessori certification at all. I work there for 2 years 14 people quit. A threaten you with your job, They lieto parents and neglect the children. It's just a business All they want is your money.

I used to genuinely appreciate this school, which makes writing this very difficult. But over time, our experience has become increasingly discouraging.The atmosphere from leadership often feels judgmental, critical, and condescending rather than supportive or Christlike. My children and I have frequently felt talked down to instead of encouraged. As a Christian school, I expected more grace, humility, compassion, and understanding from administration.Sadly, it also feels like sports and image have become a greater focus than truly discipling children to love God and walk in His ways. Athletics are not wrong, but when competition, status, and appearances seem to overshadow kindness, humility, and spiritual growth, something is out of balance.Scripture says it is the kindness of the Lord that leads us to repentance, not constant criticism or spiritual superiority. Christian leadership should reflect wisdom, humility, patience, and love. I truly hope the school reflects on how families and students are being made to feel, because sadly our family no longer feels welcomed or spiritually encouraged here.
