Together In Love Academy

I went here and graduated in 93. I loved it and it had many parents that cared about this place.

Not well at all. I do no recommend to certain students, although some of the teachers are nice, respective, and teach well. Math and reading are great subjects that are taught well.

Granted these events took place years ago but I feel like it should be spoken about, a 1st grader was placed in cuffs in the school for a fight by a security officer Robert tower hired. Him and his best clown buddy Tyson would always pick on the male students and give special treatment to the female students. Threatening to slap me while I was a student and also threatening to toss me down the stairs. This might seem like I’m salty and I might be but do deeper research on your child’s school. Robert towner seems like a nice guy but he isn’t what so ever. Until a new principal comes in I wouldn’t recommend sending your child to this school

I think Lavizzo is turning out to be a good school. In the past it was horrible. There are some community members who make it tough at the school because they dont check there kids. The school is turning around and it is a better school now.

This school is not fit to educate. Most of the staffs children attend the school and receive preferential treatment. The staff has a condescending attitude and the policies fluctuate based on it. Staff will band together and mistreat students and parents if you question and expect them to be responsive or responsible for your child and the events transpiring while in their care. They simply ignore your requests for information and assistance with anything. The worst place to send your child if you want the best for them. Teachers are on their phones during class time but punish the children for not staying on task. There was a teacher in thigh high boots and a short miniskirt teaching very young children, very unprofessional in my opinion. This school only offers extracurricular activities for 6th grade+. It's supposedly an African centered school but I have yet to see what education is administered in that area. The school should have a complete overhaul from top to bottom as well as customer relations training.
