as a parent of a sumner student i think that the teachers and parents need to step there game up,there is just to much volience and i'm afraid for my child to leave school some days.sometimes it just seem like a joke to some of the the staff. they seat back and watch the kids figth.i reall need you

I felt compelled to write a review after substitute teaching a kindergarten class at Heffern. I cannot compliment the gym teacher enough! Mrs. Rathers-Clark was the kind of teacher that every teacher should observe and reflect. She did a lesson with spaceships that involved teamwork and a hula hoop that called for personal space. She had students stretch and line up, then dance as a class for a warm-up before her lesson started. He is open, strong, consistent, looking for the best programs for the children. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has been attending CWSCS since she was 3 years old (2 years of pre-k) and she is currently in the 1st grade. I love that she comes home excited about what she has learned and can't wait to head back to school the next day. Learning the bible is one of her favorite subjects. I am amazed at how well the older children treat the younger ones when they are in before and after school care. I absolutely love the small class size. The teachers have been wonderful in recognizing when a child needs to be challenged more.
