Carlinville High School

I am of the 2013 graduating class of Carlinville High School! I couldn't imagine a better school to attend. They have a harder curriculum which pushes students to do even better than the "average" student. Due to this I found college so much easier and got a 4.0 both semesters of my first year at college. Also, being in a small town last names sometimes come up, but I didnt have a "good" last name and I excelled very well. Not to mention that the faculty and staff are the most supportive mentors I have ever had the experience working with. Carlinville High School will always be the foundation to my future successes.

Carlinville High School is nothing but a popularity contest. If your parents aren't someone important and you aren't sporting a big last name you can forget ever trying to get any help or be accepted into any clubs or activities. The school doesn't have enough school spirit and the clubs and activities are minimal. People are so judgmental and small minded in Carlinville High School. Not to mention the staff does NOTHING to stop the bullying. Multipul students in the past year have had to be homeschooled or move do to excessive bullying. Me being one of them. Good luck.
