Roosevelt has to be the best school around. The teachers, staff and Mr. Hayes are so wonderful to the kids, they make them feel like the school is their second home. I wish other schools in the area would look to Roosevelt for guidance on how to run a truely family friendly, kid friendly school.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI appreciate the time my child has spent in this school. The teachers and staff have been wonderful and available for consultation from me as a parent. They seem to genuinely care about the kids. The principal is active and well known. I have seen him many times interacting with the teachers and children and not only back in an office. There are plenty of (pre-covid) activities that are well planned to bring the community together. I feel my family is respected and my child is getting a great education. Our daughter went to a nature school previously and was homeschooled before that so I was nervous about her going into a traditional learning environment. She loves GFA. She loves her teacher and she gets to do STEAM class with upper school kids which she loves. She likes music class. I love the morning convocation the school does. The kids get recognized for their accomplishments and parents can join. The only negative is they are a small school so a bit limited on special education services.
