Lutheran Interparish School

Mary Welsh Elementary is an amazing school for students and families. The school has a strong tradition of excellence and the new administration has made big strides to establish multi-tiered systems of support to ensure that all students grow academically, behaviorally, and socially-emotionally. During the pandemic, Mary Welsh Elementary has been opened every day and is a safe place for students. Teachers care deeply about the progress of their students and class sizes never go beyond 25 students (usually they are in the low 20s). There is a wide range of specials offered that keep students engaged in their learning and developing into well-rounded people. Bullying and harassment are not tolerated and dealt with through a clear and defined process. The communities of Williamsburg Schools are supportive and involved making the area a great place to live and work!
