Perry has a partnership with Des Moines Area Community College, affording the students the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school for free. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageStudents receive a good basic education. They will leave here with the ability to read, write, and do basic math. The school does have a good special needs program, as well as some honors and advanced student opportunities. The environment in the elementary tends to lean to the protectionism side, with the school staff being somewhat "nosey" about things that really shouldn't even be on their radar.
