We have not been disappointed. We have found dedicated teachers and an excited and involved principle. With Saint John Vianney School being a private catholic

We have always had amazing teachers. The kids are taught to love and respect each other and you can see that in their behaviors. Kaelepulu has not only taught subject matter but also how to be kind and respectful humans. They assist in connecting the kids to nature through gardening. We will miss this school so much. We come from the mainland and my children are behind. Not saying that will be the case for you and yours. Just providing an unbiased honest review. So far I wish I had enrolled my children sooner! I hope you can rest easy too once you DO enroll your children. Much love from one stressed ma to another. So the school is BEYOND expectations, and and excellent learning environment! My son is in Kindergarten here and every single person we've encountered - from teachers, to counselors, to the nurse the principal, the front office, and education aides - has been truly committed to supporting the children. The older children smile and wave when they walk past the grown ups. It is a magical place, both in terms of the physical space and the overall vibe. They really are living their values and the kids here are fortunate to learn and grow in an environment that appreciates SEL as much as academic progress (and understands they are two sides of the same coin).
