Unfortunately this county doesn't provide a lot of funding for education. Our children have went to Pike county schools since they were in Kindergarten and Second Grade. They are now in the 7th and 10th grade. We have had a wonderful experience and LOVE the schools! I feel like the teachers have challenged our children to strive for excellence. We love the small town feel

Pike County High School what can I say, I have had 2 sons graduate from this school both went to college and 1 graduated from GA Tech along with 6 other kids from the same class year. There were also a total of 14 kid the class years before and after that went and graduated from GA Tech. My daughter
