We have enjoyed Eastside and it's staff over the last several years and will do so for a few more. Mrs. Munson is a wonderful principal. The teachers have been great. I just wish more parents would get involved. The PTO does a good job with limited volunteers.

She is very involved with the day to day activities and truley cares about each and every one of the students. I also love that it is
Posted by a parent on 5/25/2012THE TEACHERS AND STAFF ARE VERY CARING AND DO THEIR JOBS WELL. FOR A SCHOOL TO DO WELL, THE PARENTS HAVE TO TAKE AN ACTIVE PART IN THEIR CHILDS EDUCATION. CRCT TESTING BEGINS IN THE HOME AND WITH THE PARENTS. EASTSIDE DOES THEIR PART! SO GLAD THAT MY CHILDREN GO TO THIS GREAT SCHOOL.

I have been privileged to enjoy the past 6 years at Eastside. Mrs. Munson is AWESOME. She has had a great first year at Eastside. Mrs. Mary, the school counselor, has become an invaluable tool in understanding and working with my children. I am looking forward to the next 4 years at Eastside. Thanks

We have experienced teachers dragging their heels to assess if our son needed more support; many teachers are rude - probably because they’re paid less than other schools in the county; some of the teachers bully students without reprimand; they seem more concerned about uniforms than addressing real problems like bullying and school safety. This school has a phenomenal record for mishandling situations. Many of our son’s friends have left the school for all these issues and more. This school is currently without a principal and the previous principal was only there for 2.5 months! We had high hopes this school would be a great experience but sadly we continue to be disappointed. CCAS is a BIG letdown!!Parent Review2y ago
