Posted by a teacher on 4/15/2025We have had two children attend K-12 and now attend UGA. Wesleyan is a challenging school academically but they were both prepared for college even though one took mostly regular classes and the other graduated with 7 AP classes. Both are able to advocate for themselves and speak to and with adults.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son started attending this school in the kindergarten and he is now in the 2nd grade. We both loved his Kindergarten teacher, Ms. Patterson and she loved her students so much that she stayed with her class through the first grade so they would have continuity of learning from one teacher. She was firm but caring and my son loved going to school. The 2nd grade, his teacher Ms. Salmeron, is awesome! She inspires learning, makes it relatable, she's firm and holds the students accountable. My son has been on the honor roll and doesn't want to miss a day of school. 10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to this school from kindergarten-5th grade and I loved it. I am now in 7th grade. Many of the kids were nice and respected others. Some of them were disruptive but the teachers handled it well. The lessons were mostly made in a fun way so that It didn’t feel boring. We could also have partners which helped others.
