Irwin County Middle School

I am a student of this school. I am in 6th grade, actually, and I am about to finish up my first year in this school. I disagree with anyone who has said that the education that we recieve is anything but sufficient. To say that our education is inadequate would be utterly false. The fact of teacher

we love the icms. it is my sons 1st year in middle school. the transistion from elem to middle was almost flawless thanks to the great teachers and staff there. if you have any problem at all there is always someone more than willing to go out of their way to help you and/or your child.

Irwin County Middle School WAS a great school until this current year, The "official" seems more concerned about overly disiplining students instead of encouraging them to try harder and be positive. The teachers are as good as they can be but under hese new ridiculous rules even they are frusterate

I have worked in this school system for about 10 years and I was very disturbed to read the review about the lack of education the kids are recieving and how they are treated like military instead of kids.
