My son has been at this school for several years. He loves this school and his teachers. The staff are l so involved with the kids.we are happy here and they make my son feel apart. What an awesome school. Thank you.
Posted by a parent on 8/20/2024This is a "puzzle-piece" school. In other words, the kids here are viewed as missing a piece to their puzzle and the staff must "fix" them.

This could be in the form of academic adaptations, a behavior plan, or a warm loving family environment. This building was the greatest thing to happen for my family and I. I could not be more than

If you fill a building with almost 100 people, you are going to find many different personalities, many different learning styles, many different needs. The exciting thing about The Bridge is that they are aware of those differences and embrace them. Children are valued. Families are supported. Love

Her teachers all communicated with me and provided me with the information I needed to help her at home. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average12 years didn't matter when it counted most.Our son attended GWA from kindergarten through junior year. When he was caught with vaping devices, he was expelled.In my view, expelling individual students doesn't address why vaping happens on campus in the first place. If a school has an ongoing issue with substance use among students, removing students one by one treats the symptom, not the cause. Real leadership would examine the school culture and environment.When we raised concerns and asked how the expulsion would be documented for college applications and future enrollment, the headmaster sent us his attorney's contact information instead of answering our questions.The expulsion documentation is preventing our son from enrolling elsewhere to complete his junior year. After twelve years of tuition and loyalty, the school chose expulsion over helping a student they've known since he was five years old.If you're considering GWA, ask yourself: if your child makes a mistake at 17, will the school help them learn from it, or will they remove the problem from campus?
