The assistant principal and principal issue lenient punishments instead of issuing harsh punishments for racist behavior and that it completely

Posted by a parent on 8/7/2020My child attended this school for sixth grade. We will homeschool in seventh because I know we can do better. Lack of communication, some lessons in science and social studies are completely wrong, CNN is used as a resource!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWould not recommend K-3, can't speak on 4-5.This is the school for your family if you enjoy ghetto poorly ran establishments with high staff turnover rates, oversized classrooms, daily teacher absents, student grades not reflecting student performance, poor communication, principal making excuses for her unqualified teachers and students with behavior issues. There's more but I'll stop there. Glad the assistant principal is gone. Her solution to everything was suspension and she was very condescending. My child entered kindergarten here on a first grade level. Left second grade still on a first grade level, in my opinion, along with two suspensions. One for refusing to let a kid bite him and another for telling another student to move over. When you know better you do better. Thanking the man above everyday for giving me the chance to withdraw my child from this zoo. After months of hardwork and dedication, my little one is back on grade level.
