This school is just bad martha puckett is one of the worst schools in wayne county.My son gets bullied a lot so i had to unenroll him out of this school.I would not recomend it.
Posted by a parent on 3/15/2023This school is a middle school and has never had a preK. You may have it confused with Martha Rawls elementary which is also in Wayne Co. I'm sorry your experience at Wayne county schools was negative.

My son is left handed and was punished by the teacher for not using his right hand. I was astonished when he came home crying because he got yelled at for writing/eating/painting with

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child was not happy at this school. My child was bullied and not included in activities. My child had a difficult time at this school and the staff was quick to blame it on the parents rather than certain things going on in the school. My child had bad days almost every day, came home crying and was sad often. I was very disappointed in the way that things were handled in this school and I'm happy that my child no longer attends this school. At the current school, my child has yet to be sent home once for "bad behavior" and has had nothing but good days and a positive attitude. A positive environment makes all of the difference.
