Posted by a parent on 11/29/2022I was a former student of snelson golden middle school. this school has to be one of the worst middle schools out there. Most of the kids are really bad. They usually fight in the bathroom or in the hallways. they also barely get punished by the administration. the people who attend this school has to be one of the worst. I had to fake sicknesses for day after day because I didn’t want to attend the school. If u said something they will spread it to everybody and your reputation would be ruined. Especially the only people that really helped and sticked out me were the teachers. They really deserve a raise because theres always students that need to learn respect because most of the students are really disrespectful. They always cuss at teachers and also they are very rude. They never have effort for teachers work. They barely paid attention and they always bullied people off there races and ethnicity especially if you were Asian u would be bullied for your eyes

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children have been bullied by students and staff alike. The art teacher is rude and abrasive. She thinks it’s okay to scream at your child in front of you. She has made my art loving child HATE art. The teachers are trying to create little soldiers and if you try to say anything about their mass punishments you’re painted as a bad parent. My kids have had their lives threatened, been hit, had things stolen, and have become very emotionally unstable because of this school. They’ll tell your kid to be 100% accountable but there’s no accountability for the school. Good luck if your kid has special needs that require social/emotional intervention because you’re SOL and also a bad parent. In this schools eyes if you don’t beat your children you’re a bad parent with disrespectful kids. I wish I had the ability to just pull my kids and homeschool.Parent Review5mo ago - First Presbyterian Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI enrolled my child at First Presbyterian Christian Academy with the expectation of providing them with a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. However, my experience has been deeply disappointing. I have observed concerning instances of racial insensitivity and discrimination within the school community. Additionally, I was shocked and appalled when the school administration suggested putting my three-year-old child on probation, a decision that seemed unjust and disproportionate. It’s disheartening to witness such behavior from an institution that should prioritize the well-being and development of all its students. I hope the school takes meaningful steps to address these issues and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.”Parent Review1mo ago - Trinity Christian Academy
