My daughter started here last year after being at another Effingham Elementary. I was meet with Rude staff and not a lot of communication for a new Parent at this school. I was not looking forward to this year and making the decision to keep her in this school to complete her elementary education. T

Excellent elementary school. Not sure about past reviews. We were concerned when my child got transferred from Marlow elementary. IMHO, Sand-Hill is as good as Marlow elementary. Both being good schools.Teachers, special education therapists, school bus drivers, they all do a very good job. More than a good job, they truly care for my child, his well being and progress.They are very responsive, answering all our questions thru phone.
