Posted by a community member on 9/9/2013Grove is a horrible choice for sending anyone there.You won't learn much and things get hectic and confusing pretty quick,pertaining to grades and placement and testing. I was told during the summer retakes that i did not have to take the EOCT over even though i failed. I passed the class with a 73.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is such a horrible school. They don’t understand that they have 3rd graders that can’t read because they don’t teach phonics. My son has never brought home a book to practice reading with me. They use a method called Whole Language Approach. I urge you to research this. They do not teach kids how to read but hope they will “get it” by eventually memorizing words.
