Putnam County Primary School

The principal of the school discriminated against my child with a learning disability. Although, my child went to the school for 5 years without having a being diagnosed. The moment I followed the teachers plans. Had him tested. They treated him very poorly. I would say Decker was the biggest culprit. The moment he got involved it became more about the money & less about the students. Good luck to the school if people like Decker continue to run the school there won’t be one in many more years. He is a hateful human & to a disabled child.

My young child was inappropriately touched by an older student. (It’s a school with 3-13 year olds.)
