Posted by a parent on 5/30/2019This is our 5th year at Hal Hutchens Elementary. We have wonderful teachers and office staff. Our Principal, Mrs Bowen, is very involved with the school activities and active with the PTA. Our children love their school and our family is proud to be Honeybees!
Posted by a parent on 2/26/2016We absolutely LOVE this school! We will not switch schools again since finding this one, or is the best school in not only our opinion, but our son loves it! He didn't want summer vacation because it meant he wouldn't be going to school lol. The teachers are the best, and the whole staff is very kind & supportive in every way. Thank you so much! They really do go above & beyond all the time :)

Posted by a parent on 8/15/2013This is our second year at this school and we LOVE it! We had some issues with my daughters teachers last year but it was handled very well and promptly. My daughter learned so much and was on a second grade reading level in kindergarten. This year both my daughter and my son (who started kindergarten this year) have fantastic teachers and I couldn't be more pleased. The teachers recognize that not all students learn the same and teach the children the way that is best for them individually. The staff is amazing and always so friendly. The principle is fantastic too and my children love her! It's a wonderful school!

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had the opportunity to visit the school site in its entirety. I also was able to meet many of the schools' faculty and staff. The facility was extremely clean, and, the school personnel was very professional and showed such loving and caring spirit. My granddaughter attends there as a second grader, she absolutely loves the school and her teacher/principal. They exhibit advance knowledge and skills. She has been encouraged and supported in all of her little endeavors. The principal has conference d with her, ( with an opened door ) and has told her of HER expectations for my granddaughter with great positiveness. I am exceptionally happy to have her in that school environment.
