Would not recommend if you don’t like group punishment, constant UTI’s due to not being able to go to the bathroom, and a school that does nothing to stop bullying. We moved schools and my kids MAP scores went way up. They’re happy, they actually get recess and ice cream, and all of a sudden no UTI’

Most of the paperwork that does come home is filled with both grammatical and spelling errors. The high number of students in each classroom seems to be overwhelming the teachers. Parent invol

My oldest child started kindergarten the first year BMES opened, my twins are now in their last year at BMES so for 11 years I've been there too and I love it! My kids have received an excellent education and the school is like home to us. I will be so sad to leave all the teachers, PTO and school

The staff at Blacks Mill Elem is wonder from Teachers to Office to Lunch everyone at this school is pleasant to be around
