Pleasant Grove Elementary School

AWFULLLLLLLLL school! My child attended this school one year, and that was more than enough! My child was coming home crying nearly everyday telling me they wanted to self harm! No child, especially in early learning years should have to go through this!

Teachers are wonderful. My son is in fourth grade and has had great teachers that communicate fluently. On the other hand, I have been through many elementary schools with my children and the Principal at PGE does not meet expectations. Bad attitude and does not know how to speak of concerns from a problem. Administration could be better.

PGE has some great teachers who really care about the students. Parental involvement is very uneven, and communication from the administration isn't always as clear or frequent as it could be, although the monthly newsletters help. PGE really seems torn in two directions - it could be a great school, with greater investment and commitment from a broader base of parents, teachers, and community, or it could decline.
