My daughter is in 5th grade and has thrived at HFES. The teachers she has had are warm and welcoming and support her with everything she needs. The administration is welcoming and easy to talk to. We will miss being a HFES family next year.
Posted by a parent on 12/16/2025School admin is awful about letting bullying run rampant. When pushed to do something, they gaslight students and parents in hopes of pushing them out. Zero concern for safety. There are even kids who go on rampages destroying classrooms and nothing is done. If your child isn't a bully or troublemak

Faculty staff everyone who works in the school are knowledgeable and care very much for the students. Safety is one of the priorities of Mountain Road along with offering a rigorous curriculum. The school has a gifted program one to one ratio in technology and so much more. I can’t say enough about the school.
