Posted by a parent on 9/15/2016I went to visit this school today and might I say its great but maybe should focus a little more on the acadamics. Of course every school should have fun and "turnup" but its not all about that.Its a welcoming school ,because when we walked in there were lines of chidren that we making noise and saying hey. When we got in the school ,and walked in the hall cheerleders were doing a cheer for us.Then , when we got in the gym the dance line were dancing .Finally,the tour guides took us to the gym,3-D Theater ,sixth grade classes,and law in forcment classes. Its a Great middle school.
Posted by a community member on 3/26/2015By the looks of the CRCT scores the last three years, a few teachers need to be replaced, if they can't get a hold on these kids and make a diffrence. Stop all the chit chat and stay focused!

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTurner Elementary School is a bad school you never can talk to a teacher out there about your kids on how they are doing. their grades and behavior. they don't do anything about the bullying out there you can never talk with the principal or assistant principal. You leave a message at the front office to speak with the teacher or principal they never call back. the teachers are very rule out there. they talk to your kids any kind of way I would not recommend anyone sign their kids up for this school. And there's one teacher out there that let the whole class no which ones takes medication and I thought that's supposed to be confidential between the teacher and the student this is a terrible school would not recommend.
