Posted by a parent on 5/23/2011This is the only school I have ever known. I graduated in 1973 from WCHS. My dad who is dead now, went to Wheeler County High School. Me and my brother and three sisters went to school here. All four of our daughters graduated from here. As a matter of fact, when our baby daughter graduated last year, there had been a member of our family in Wheeler County Schools for 55 years. The graduation of our daughter ended the 55 year tradition. I am now an employee with the system and I am loving it. It is my goal to retire from here. BEST SCHOOL EVER!!!
Posted by a community member on 5/17/2011Great school with small population. Students are not just a number. Staff truly cares about students and their well being. They are adding new programs to meet the needs of the students such as soccer, wrestling, chorus, etc. A well kept secret!
