They give mouth service to any accommodations asked for without really supporting your students, and punish your children for the smallest infractions without even bothering to find out if the children understood they were committing an infraction. They won't provide support unless you specifically ask for it, and you'd better know EXACTLY what you need to ask for or you won't get any help at all. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs an Alumni, I implore you to send your kids anywhere else. Will they be college ready? Sure. That’s about the only benefit. The administration have all known each other for years, and will make excuses/ back each other up no matter what. They make examples out of children who make mistakes while taking no accountability themselves. I graduated a few years ago and after having several years of true adulthood under my belt, I have yet to meet a more hypocritical, graceless, judgmental, group of people (And I work in healthcare). A majority of teachers hired are personal friends or friends of friends, regardless of qualification. Teachers children/ children whose parents donate are favored and it’s very apparent, speaking from experience. If your child does not fit their mold, they will be treated as they as lesser than. I graduated with my faith hanging on by a thread. There are a very small handful of teachers there who I think stay to try to make a difference.
