Washington Elementary School

April 9, 2026, 1003am my wife and I get a message, call and email stating my daughter was absent today after, I the father left her at school, then seen her at about 830 am at her awards ceremony, when I call to see why they marked her absent, the pretty much laugh, that normal jajaja, I asked for principal, Ms. Edward’s wouldn’t let me speak at first just giving me an excuse that it’s normal but that she personally seen me at the ceremony and that the substitute at 930am placed her absent but that my daughter was in school jajajaja, not first time this happens after being accused that my daughter has been absent 21 days, mmmm wondering why now mmmmmm….

I know this website says the grades are low, but this school is AMAZING!! They have many different opportunities for your child such as the gifted program and things such as P.E, Art, Music and even a play which is a very well constructed one. They have special nights such as stem night and even construct chorus and Orchestra performances. The teachers make you feel welcome and will help your child until they understand the subject proficiently. My child had the best experience a elementary child could have and made lots of good friends. I 100% would recommend this school and would 1000000% choose it again of I could.

I am not only a parent, but also an alumni of this school. It is a huge 10/10 for me. It taught me many things including respect, discipline, time management, etc. I attribute my success to Villa! My child is supported and truly loved there. They are fair, organized, and push kids to unlock their highest potential. It is truly a Salesian environment!
