Despite early concerns being raised, doctors requests, there was a lack of urgency and follow through. They did everything last minute, which made the process stressful and left me feeling like my child’s needs were not being prioritized.Communication could also be improved, as I had to follow up myself instead of being kept informed. For families with children who need additional support, timely evaluations and clear communication are extremely important. It seems like a free-for-all at times and there is no continuity. The high school principal definitely doesn't know what he is doing and the middle school principal seems too young.
