Terrible school kids get bullied and told the school not to sit my kid next to two kids still happening and now the two boys are TOUCHING HER and the school tells my daughter when she complains to suck it up and deal with it.. Northport allows kids to be touched here please take your kid elsewhere

This is the worst school my child has attended, both academically and in terms of student safety.My 9-year-old daughter was physically assaulted by multiple students while riding the school bus. This occurred during school-supervised transportation, yet there was a failure to immediately protect her or properly intervene. As a result, my child was injured, required hospital treatment, a police report was filed, and legal representation was retained.Beyond safety concerns, the academic environment has also been consistently disappointing. There is a lack of consistency, accountability, and effective support for students. Communication with staff has not resulted in meaningful improvement.No parent should fear for their child’s safety at school, nor feel concerned about the quality of education being provided. Based on our experience, this school has failed in both areas.I strongly urge parents to carefully consider other options and to advocate strongly for their children if they are enrolled here. Student safety and academic standards must be taken seriously.

While not perfect! By any means the school is overall great. The teachers care and some of them very deeply. The curriculum is well above what the public schools teach and will set your kids up for success. It is a Christian school so you have to be willing to follow their rules.

I am surprised by the negative reviews on here. Woodlands Montessori is by far the most magnificent school I’ve been to. The director and her daughter are very professional and welcoming. I’ve had such a great experience here. Unfortunately I think it’s hard for some parents to understand that sometimes their child isn’t able to interact in this kind of environment, so instead of reflecting on themselves as the parent and what they can do to better prepare their child for preschool they want to take it out on the teachers. Everything starts at home!

We are half way through our first year at Christ Lutheran School and it has truly been a wonderful experience. My son is continuing to thrive academically and he loves having Mrs. Ring as his teacher. We are so very grateful, and thank God on the daily, that it worked out for us to attend CLS.
