The school leadership is fantastic. My kids were excited to go to school and learn. The PTA is active and puts on many events. There are a variety of clubs for different interests. The arts are integrated in learning, and I love how all the students get to learn and participate.

Posted by a parent on 5/1/2019N.B. Cook is the BEST school in Pensacola. I am so honored that my daughter goes to N.B. Cook. She wakes up HAPPY and READY to go to school everyday. Thanks N.B. Cook for caring for our Kids. The principal Mr. Brown is Great! as well as all the teachers.

My son attends kindergarten here after having to leave the Santa Rosa county school district and this is by far the worst school I have ever dealt with. The children are mean to him, call him names, CUSS around him, push him, hit him, etc and the teacher does NOTHING even after I have contacted the school on several occasions! Not to mention my son tells me that he doesn’t learn anything at all in class. He is never sent home with homework or completed school work, I’m convinced that they don’t do any work at all! There is no communication at all so I never know what’s going on or when school is out - NOTHING! Something needs to be done! NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe class sizes are too big … your child will fall between the cracks … there are as many as 35 students per classroom which is ridiculous because the admin doesn’t support the teachers in my observations. The only good thing about this school is the convenient location but car line is a mess … it is not a safe environment and they should consider getting safety patrol/police officer to assist. It is too expensive for what you get - I took my kids out and they are better off in public.
