Read what parents are saying about Palm Beach Day AcademyWe have 3 children that attend PBDA. From day 1, we have been impressed with how professional and serious the teachers are about caring for there students. We like the campus, enrichment programs, school functions, school spirit, field trips, etc. We are glad we chose PBDA for our children's education!

From the minute you walk through the doors on both campuses, you get this feeling that you are home. It's evident just how much the teachers care about their students, and the faculty:student ratio ensures each child is given undivided attention in their education. The new Lower Campus is beautiful, bright and right on the West Palm Beach intracoastal waterway. On the Upper Campus, they provide all academic classes in the morning/early afternoon so that - through the 'Alternate Sports Policy' - any students with extracurricular or athletic needs (riding, polo, golf, etc.) has the time to practice without disrupting their education.
Posted by a principal on 7/25/2019my experience at this is amazing. I have learned a lot and I think I'm ready for high school and the world thanks to this school
Posted by a student on 5/8/2019I can't say enough how grateful we are that this wonderful school has taken in our child with open arms, they are so nurturing and really show that they care and have an interest in our child. This is truly a hands on academy, they understand that every child is different and have different ways of learning, we love that they tailor there teaching based on the child's interest. LOVE LOVE LOVE this school

Others, you can tell who's basically checked out. There is a low morale for a school that's supposed to be in the Ron Clark Academy house system. Admin is non the micromanage type. That's refreshing.Teacher Review1mo ago - Palm Beach Public School

Stay away from this school if you don't want your kids to change 5 teachers in less than a year which would make a big impact on your kids’ performance. I wished that I looked them up before I went and registered my kids to this school. They constantly changed my kids’ class every 3 weeks because of unprofessional teachers that didn't come to work. This is the worst experience I ever had. I’ve never seen anything like this before, not even in my experience when I was at school. They give homework to the kids that is beyond their capacity and grade level that is higher than their class, the homework is not even for the right grade. I can’t to get my kids out of this school.Parent Review2y ago - Belvedere Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDon’t send your children to this school! Staff is terrible and not personable. Parents have a mentality the are allowed to do whatever the so shall please. Holding spot in the car pick up line for their friends to jump line while myself and other parents sat and made the effort to come early to get there child, this lady allows her friend to skip moving the cones out of the way and doing whatever floats her boat (not the first time does it ever time). Needless to say terrible school it’s not welcoming promise you the staff as like a personable Dislike towards me. I come first one in line and the teacher gets other kids as if she doesn’t see my car and has me waiting 20 more min to get my child. No worries lady you will not see us back next year just terrible absolutely unforgivable and disrespectful how dare you punish my child because you don’t like shame shame on you. Don’t don’t send your children here.Parent Review1y ago - Pleasant City Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter was at this school for two years, while I was at the school I had ASSUMED that she was getting the very best education (due to the small number of children), how wrong I was. We moved out of the area and put her in the local elementary school, I was horrified to find out that she was EXTREMELY behind. While at Poinciana she was getting straight As, now I was being told she would be lucky if she didn't have to repeat the year. Luckily she was able to catch up but I was disgusted at the amount I paid at Poinciana when I could have just sent her to the local school and gotten better results. The fees aspect were insane, I don't know why I had to "volunteer" or pay $250, and the constant water bottle charges and uniform charges that would randomly appear on the bill really made me mad. For the two years my daughter was there, I spent a fortune on a substandard education and while I thought the small classes would be educationally good, I found socially it was detrimental. When I look back at my daughters time there, I'm just glad that she was there for only 2 year and not more, it could have seriously jeopardize her future.Parent Review11y ago - Christian Life Academy
