Excellent! Lawton is the best school and I feel lucky to live in the zone so that my kids get to attend.

I was nervous about moving my son to a new area for his last year of elementary school, but the Partin administration, teachers, and families have welcomed and included him, making the transition to our upcoming move much easier. Partin is a great school and the highest rated in Oviedo - US Reports

Very Racist. Caucasian kids use the N word frequently without any disciplinary action . Administration do not call parents to be involved .

As a parent, I believe schools and families should be able to work together respectfully even during difficult situations. Unfortunately, my experience at Evans Elementary has become increasingly concerning over time.What began as me raising concerns regarding my daughter’s classroom experiences and disciplinary handling gradually turned into what felt like an increasingly adversarial communication dynamic rather than a collaborative effort to support my child.I understand schools must maintain classroom structure and discipline. However, I became deeply concerned by repeated classroom removals, escalating tension surrounding ordinary parent advocacy, and communication that often felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.One of the most difficult parts of this experience has been feeling that my attempts to document concerns, ask questions, and seek clarification were interpreted negatively instead of being treated as part of a parent’s role in advocating for their child.I fully acknowledge that emotions became heightened on all sides at times, including my own frustrations as a parent. However, I still believe families should be able to raise concerns without feeling that communication deteriorates further afterward.My hope moving forward is simply that the district places greater emphasis on de-escalation, parent collaboration, emotional support for students, and constructive communication before situations reach this level.I am sharing this experience not out of spite, but because I believe transparency and accountability matter when it comes to the educational environment our children experience every day.

My child is no longer a Christian after attending this school. The bullying, discrimination, and harassment was never ending. She has since graduated, and is now in public high school, which has been a way more inclusive experience for her, interestingly enough. Do not waste your money at this school. If your child is quiet, shy, or their style is even slightly alternative they will be ridiculed and mocked. The teachers definitely favor certain students, especially the P.E. teacher — she ostracizes the “less athletic” kids, which has now led my child to be too traumatized to engage in the sports and activities she wants to do at her school. I have never had a worse experience with a school.
