Posted by a student on 10/31/2023Yall need to start letting your students go to the bathroom locking bathrooms should be against the rules. What if you're on your period you would get mad if kids bleed on your school equipment wouldn't you but then lock the bathrooms and sometimes don't even unlock them and 6th grades aren't allowed to use any other restrooms. I wouldn't recommend this school for your kids
Posted by a parent on 10/26/2022I love this school, because the after-school areas are amazing, with wide different varieties. Especially the summer school programs, they teach you how to cook, basically making your food and you get to go on field trips as well. Even though 8th grade gets a lot of field trips, that's because it's their last year, as I am an 8th grader. 6th graders get good field trips as well, but not as much as 8 graders. 7th graders only get 1 or 2 field trips depending on how they act, the same goes for other grades. 8th grade has a social, basically, an end-of-year prom ( only for 8th graders), gradaventure, which is at universal, basically a graduation adventure, & Bush gardens. I was in online school while I was in 6th grade, so I couldn't go on any field trips. But I do know they go to SeaWorld! If you are planning on moving schools, this is the school for you. The learning and teaching are great. There are teachers you can trust and you can also be cool with. If you are in 8th grade, you are switching schools and you want a good year, this is the one for you.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a hidden gem. The teachers are very dedicated and hard working. The students bring their best and try hard to learn in class. The Principal, Mr. Brooks, is data driven and has has expectations for teachers and students alike. The school is not "Out of Control". The administrators know try to find alternatives to suspension when there is a discipline issue because they understand that a child is not learning the curriculum when they are not in school. Also, Pine Hills Elementary has recently been in the spotlight for some amazing accomplishments. Its all a matter of what you chose to focus on. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who have attended this school for the past two years. What makes this school so great is the diversity and integrity of the students and community that are involved as well as the passion and perseverance of the staff and administration. Principal Cicely Marks has done an excellent job!Parent Review1y ago - West Oaks Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTried to pick my child up early and was told no and to wait 5 mins until the regular dismissal time. They dismiss the children at separate times. The experience was frustrating because I needed to get my child right then and there. I didn't have time to wait. Ended up being late to my engagementParent Review10mo ago - Agape Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe leadership is very unprofessional. When I worked there, I was asked to color my hair darker, and my hair has been the same color since I was a young child. I was asked to stand and twirl around so that admin could see whether or not to approve my dress for work, the same dress that I wear to church. Their own children were always recognized over all others for all events. No money was spent on air conditioning, school supplies, nor keeping the grounds clean.I can't even go over the entire list in this short space. Basically, there was a strong favoritism towards their own children, while being anything but Christian to the teachers and supporting staff. My fiancé has been building a stadium for these same people, and they are still being cheap and unprofessional to this day. Thank goodness I left!Teacher Review6y ago - Heritage Preparatory School
