This school has serious problems with respect, professionalism, and abuse of authority. The library staff, especially some of the women who work there, are consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of doing their job and supporting students, they treat us as if we are bothering them. Sim

My child goes to DPHS, and I can't speak for the normal class experience as my child is in the Autism Exceptional Student Education program. So far we've had nothing but positive
Posted by a parent on 1/18/2023My girls took their SAT, PSAT, ACT, and AP tests there. They could hear the roller coaster noise/screams from Universal. At the time, they wished they were having fun at Universal instead of taking important tests.

My son has been there till 4th grade and then got into Magnet program at Bay Meadows Elementary also in Dr Phillips and we can both say that between these 2 schools, Dr Phillips elementary is much better!!!!! When serious incidents are reported to the principals, no action is taken. It used to be a top notch school where you really felt the presence of Jesus , Sadly a complete culture change occurred with change of administration . We need to pray that it shifts back to the kind , compassionate , supportive organization that it was at one point when the staff viewed their jobs as true vocations . There are a few excellent teachers remaining including Mrs Flox .
