Sweetwater Elementary School

Coral Park Elementary is a very special and incredible school! The school has had its ups and downs over the years due to previous administration, but overall, I am very proud to send my children to this school. The teachers are amazing, always communicating through Class Dojo to keep us updated. The school has a very active social media, always sending and posting reminders for us working parents. We wanted more activities and the administration listened to us and started Be Our Guest Days to allow us to come in to volunteer to support the school. Also, there have been wonderful additions to the school including cheerleading, soccer, better dismissal and safety procedures which I appreciate. Recently, they unveiled a game room to incentivize students for their hard work and behavior. My children now want to ensure they go to school every day. The teachers have been there forever and really care about the children. It is like one big family. Thank you CPE for being an amazing school for my children.

Very poor education, a lot of lack of ethics and understanding. The principal's assistant, Bodes in my opinion, is the worst thing the school has to offer. The security guards have no education and a very bad attitude. Out of 5 I give them -1.

The teachers focus only on academic achievement, their pedagogical role is incomplete and they expect that the discipline in the classroom is handled only by the parent, they have no desire to manage situations in the classroom or anyone else who is asked of them and they are radical about it, the administrative team is terrible, they have an arrogant, overbearing and rude counselor. All this led to her changing schools where the change has been positive, my daughter feels loved and the teachers and their students love and respect each other, without a doubt they have the tools and desire to work with their students.

My son has attended APA since Kindergarten and is now going onto Second Grade. I have nothing but great things to say about APA. There Administration is run perfectly, the teachers are amazing, and over all the school has a great atmosphere and is very clean. My son was in Kindergarten with Ms. Herrera who became a second mom not only to him, but to every kid in the class. She is so caring and makes learning fun for her students, which is very important specially when entering Kindergarten and a new school. In First grade he had Ms. Marin, who hands down made learning so much fun even through the whole online learning and covid situation. The principals are always a call or email away. I love Academir Prep Academy and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in signing up their kids not only to an amazing school, but also it a family environment they will grow up loving.
