Silver Bluff Elementary School

A lovely community Elementary School with great teachers & engaged families. Kids will make fast friends in the nice & welcoming atmosphere. Academics are strong and it is top rated.

My daughter went to La Piazza Academy from age 2-4, and we had a wonderful time. The school was very on top of its approach to education and was clear / deliberate in its teaching methods (e.g., sharing frequent updates with parents on what has been going on in classrooms, etc.). We also really appreciated how supportive and kind the staff were, and how that culture extended to students' families - parents were happily there to hang out with their children during Friday mornings (when parents are allowed to stop by) and events, and were always so kind to each other; it was such a warm community. We recently moved out of state, but we still miss the teachers and the community.

I graduated from Carrollton in 2008. I felt consistently challenged by my teachers and peers. It was an open environment where I learned to thrive as a leader and a thinker. This helped me immensely in college and the corporate environment. I learned my worth and how to stand my ground in difficult situations afterwards. I’m forever thankful to my classmates and my teachers at Carrollton.
