Posted by a parent on 11/18/2021This school has 2 security guards. Kids are left barely supervised before class and during lunch. Classrooms have too many kids. Classes with two teachers which have twice as many kids in them are not guaranteed a substitute if one calls out. This school is not setting up our kids or their teachers
Posted by a parent on 11/20/2019I would rate this school 10-10 teachers are always helpful and strive for the success of the students. My daughter loves going to school everyday because of how amazing her teachers have been in keeping her interested and learning.

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSt. Matthews Lutheran is a great school. My daughter is in Kinder, she loves her teacher, Mrs. Gonzalez. Part of their curriculum for k-students is additions in math & counting to one hundred. The children also learn spelling and phonetics. They have homework everyday. Every morning the kids sing "The Star Spangled Banner" followed by the Pledge of the Allegiance. The classes are not over crowded and the kids go to chapel on wednesday.
